Empowering Homebuyers.
Home-buying can be a confusing process. Mortgage providers toss around terms and concepts you've never heard of haphazardly, sometimes leaving you in the dark on information you need to know. Many homebuyers feel overwhelmed as they near their closing - tranforming what should a happy and exciting time into a time of anxiety and worry.
We want to help. Our Homebuyer Education class is an eight hour comprehensive preparatory workshop, covering a broad range of topics to make you a more confident homebuyer. Our THDA-certified trainer will also answer all of your questions, empowering you as you sit down to sign your closing documents. Our mission is to ensure your success as a homeowner.
This class satisfies the requirement for many of the region's assistance programs. All participants must register by either using the registration page here, calling us or by sending us an email. We will give you the address for the class upon registration. Anyone who attends the class without registering will not receive a certificate. Since the class is free upfront, certificates will not be dispensed to homeowners - after class completion, certificates will be sent upon request to the participants' lender/program contact.
