Empowering Homebuyers.
Home-buying can be a confusing process. Mortgage providers, familiar with the terms and process can unintentionally leave you in the dark on topics that can confuse even the most informed.Many homebuyers feel overwhelmed as they near their closing - transforming what should be a happy and exciting time into a time of anxiety and worry.
We want to help. Our Homebuyer Education class is an eight hour comprehensive preparatory workshop, covering a broad range of topics to make you a more confident homebuyer. Our THDA-certified trainer will also answer all of your questions, empowering you as you sit down to sign your closing documents. Our mission is to ensure your success as a homeowner.
Registering for a Class
This class satisfies the requirement for many of the region's assistance programs. All participants must register by either using the registration page, calling us or by sending us an email. We will give you the final address for the class upon registration. Anyone who attends the class without registering will not receive a certificate. If you attend a class without registering, you run the risk of showing up for a class that has been canceled. Because the class is free to attend, certificates will not be dispensed to homeowners - after class completion, certificates will be sent upon request to the participants' lender/program contact. Finally, each class is scheduled to last eight hours. Monday evening classes will be continued Tuesday evening, the next day.
