Everyone at Eastern Eight would like to congratulate Rehab Construction Manager Joshua Irick on the birth of his daughter, Sophia Irick. She was born Friday, July 16 at 12:05 p.m.
The beautiful little girl was somewhere around 20 inches long and 7 lbs. and 5 oz. Joshua proudly declared that, "she was all baby."
We're happy for you, Joshua! Enjoy being a daddy!

Our programs include homebuyer education, financial counseling, mortgage pre-approval, continuing homeowner education and foreclosure prevention and counseling. We also develop and rehabilitate homes (including manufactured housing) and offer a select number of rental properties.
