Our homebuying program is simple.
- Complete the Homebuyer Application and Authorization Forms, and then send the forms with the completed documentation to us.
- We obtain your credit report.
- Our housing counselor contacts you to discuss your readiness to purchase.
- Once qualified, you attend a homebuyer education class.
- When everything is ready, we meet with you again to talk about financial options and assistance.
- We issue a pre-approval for the mortgage product that works best for you.
- Finally, you choose a lot and floor plan.
